Refund policy
We want you to love our product as much as we do! Please choose your product carefully and note sizing and product description of the item/s you are selecting.
Change of mind returns are valid for 14 days from purchase date - your order arrives in a reusable compostable mailer that can be used for your return - however you will need to pay for return postage.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@sandytoesbeachwear.com.au. Please note that goods will be returned at the buyers expense and will incur a fee of $12.50 for restocking and handling.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty items or an incorrectly sent order, we will fix this up for you within 30 days from purchase date. If the goods are incorrect or faulty we will cover return costs.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, special orders or personalised items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on samples, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We will consider an exchange if the product you request is available and in stock, less any restocking/handling fees. Please contact us at info@sandytoesbeachwear.com.au
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less any restocking and handling fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
