Hey, I'm Sarah! As a passionate scuba diver and ocean lover, I wanted something bright and fun to wear on the boat after diving. Frustrated by the lack of eco-friendly towel options, I asked: if we can buy board shorts and bathers made from recycled plastic bottles, why not towels?

After an inspiring 4-night dive trip to the stunning Abrolhos Islands in 2021, the need for quick-drying, sustainable hooded towels became clear to me. Traditional cotton towels were heavy, bulky, and slow to dry—far from ideal for travel and boating. I envisioned something compact, lightweight, and absorbent that wouldn't harm the environment and would celebrate the beauty of Western Australia.

I delved into the world of recycled fabrics and the process of polymerisation to transform plastic bottles into yarn. Combining my love for the ocean with innovative materials, I created a range of sand-free, quick-drying towels and mats featuring my own photography of Western Australia's breathtaking coastlines and marine life.
